About Meg & Morgan

Meg's classes guide you on a journey of remembrance, longevity, discovery, and self-inquiry. Over her 14-year teaching career, she has instructed thousands of practitioners and trained more than 150 teachers.

Meg continues to honor Thia, her original teacher, by embodying a wisdom that persists through her teachings. She has cultivated a unique language around her knowledge, infused with a playful and nurturing spirit. Meg is dedicated to helping you discover who you truly are, illuminating the judgment and fear that hinder your authentic self. She leads by example, embodying her own truth, intuition, and authenticity, thereby granting you the permission to do the same. Whether you're seeking to access, ignite, or celebrate your soul, Meg is here to support you every step of the way

Morgan's profound respect for the body's inherent wisdom has been nurtured with over a decade of teaching experience, Morgan's classes seamlessly blend skillful movement with restorative practices. Celebrating the individuality of each person and the diversity of expression.

Morgan supports you in growing, expanding, and grounding your practice. Her use of language and music creates a nurturing space where your soul can flourish. Guided by acceptance, reverence, and intuition, Morgan's instruction helps you regulate your nervous system, cultivate clarity and creativity, and reconnect with the embodied truth within yourself. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and is furthering her education with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, focusing on Somatic Therapy. She aims to develop a holistic and integrated approach in her yoga sessions.
