Spark classes are suitable for all fitness levels. Modifications are encouraged. The most difficult thing to do is show up!
Spark classes can be best split up into these categories:
Yoga - Refine, Flow, Power
Strength - Sculpt, Bootcamp, Barre
Endurance - Ride + all the above.
We encourage you to start with whichever modality most fits your interests. From there, choose your own adventure. All Spark classes are amazing and our variety of classes will keep you and your body engaged.
-
To book a class a Spark, you must first create an account with us. Accounts can be made by downloading the Spark SLO app or registering on our website.
Once you have an account, you can book a class from the timetable or on website or mobile app.
-
Registration for classes at any Spark location begins midnight one week before the class start time.
For example, if the class is 6:00a on Wednesday, registration begins 12:00a Wednesday one week prior.
-
If a class you would like to attend is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist. The waitlist cycles reliably and there is a strong likelihood of getting into class.
If you no longer wish to attend a class you of which you are on the waitlist, please cancel your reservation prior to the late cancel window.
If you are placed into class from the waitlist during a late charge window, (3 hours or 10 hours prior to class) you can reply cancel at any time to avoid being charged. Depending on the class, if a spot becomes available during a late charge window, you will be asked to confirm if you would like to keep your reservation.
The waitlist closes an hour prior to the class time. At this time, all waitlist reservations are automatically cancelled and spots are first-come, first-serve and all held spots are released.
-
Registrations can be cancelled anytime by visiting your account on our website or the home page of our mobile app. If you do not intend to take class, please cancel your reservation regardless of if you have a spot in class or are on the waitlist.
To avoid the $10 late cancelation or $15 no-show penalty charge - please cancel your reservation prior to the late cancel window or class time.
Classes starting at 9am or later have a 3 hour late cancel window.
Classes starting before 9am have a 10 hour late charge window.

Here is a quick guide on which classes and the varring props used:
Flow, Refine, Restore Yoga - Strap, band, bolster, blanket.

Out of respect for other students and the instructor — we ask you please stay the entire duration of class.
Please follow the instructor's flow. This will allow the class to feel cohesive and eliminate distractions. That said, modifications and adjustments are encouraged to ensure your practice feels safe and supportive.
At Spark, your practice is yours. Whether you’re here to push your edge or simply move and breathe, we encourage you to listen to your body and rest or hydrate whenever you need. Some of our more fitness-focused classes are designed to be challenging—but that challenge looks different for everyone, and breaks are always welcome. Instructors might not always cue rest or water, so trust yourself and take what you need, when you need it.
-
Once your class ends, the instructor will open the doors to the studio.
Please return any props to their original or designated location. Our staff will sanitize and clean them.
Towels can be placed in the laundry bin outside of the classroom.
Showers are available at all yoga locations to freshen up before leaving the studio. Wipes are available at the ride studio.
