This retreat will include daily movement and inward reflection including meditation, yoga, indoor cycling, journaling, & more! The Bodhi Tree is a beautiful sanctuary located in the small town of Nosara in Costa Rica. Enjoy authentic food, a beautiful beach, and tranquil jungle surroundings.
7 nights of modern accommodations, 3 organic meals a day, round trip transportation from the airport, and daily yoga and meditation practices in open-air studios set amidst the tropical lush green jungle.
The exquisite Bodhi resort is over eight acres of landscaped gardens and exotic flowers, 100-year-old Guanacaste and Pochote trees, waterfalls and gentle streams that evoke an inward journey of peace and calm. With the beach just a short trip down the mountain you will experience the true nature of Costa Rica being surrounded by jungle, beach, and a lively small town.

Accommodations
Stay in exquisite accommodations set amid the splendor and beauty of the lush Costa Rican jungle. The modern Balinese furnishings, luxurious bathrooms, dramatic high ceilings, and large windows create a sacred space for soothing rest and quiet contemplation. All rooms include egyptian cotton sheets, air conditioning, coffee and tea maker and a laptop-sized safe. Refresh in your open-air rainfall shower featuring luxurious Raw Botanicals toiletries.
The Bodhi buffet provides breakfast, lunch, and dinner, featuring fresh, local ingredients with traditional flavors. We can accommodate most dietary considerations.
All are welcome! You can book your retreat solo or with a group of friends! The shared casitas, as well as double queen and single king and queen rooms, are available. Retreat leaders will be in contact with additional retreat details, final invoices and to answer any questions you may have!

Please select which room type you would like from the list above. A non-refundable $750 is required to secure your spot in the retreat. Following your registration, we will contact you via email to answer any other questions you have.
How to get there:
Arrive on Saturday, December 14th, 2024, at Liberia International Airport in Liberia, Costa Rica. Liberia is the closest airport to Nosara, which is a 2.5-hour drive away. The retreat includes round-trip transportation from Liberia Airport ONLY and The Bodhi Tree Resort. A Bodhi Tree driver will await your arrival with your name and information.
Suggested Flights:
Most flights arrive in the afternoon, and we will coordinate your transportation from the airport to the Bodhi Tree Resort. We group people in the retreat who are on the same flights or arrive at similar times. We can accommodate any airline arrivals in the afternoon regardless of departing airport.

What to bring:
Costa Rica has a microclimate, so weather can change and vary frequently. Casual outfits and layer-able, comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation practices. Swimwear, sunscreen, bug spray, sandals, sneakers, and a light rain jacket/windbreaker are all recommended. Remember your passport, ID, medications, and any necessary health information.

Cancellations:
Reservations canceled before June 30, 2024 are eligible to be used for a future retreat. Reservations canceled after August 14th, 2024 are unfortunately non-refundable and refunds will not be accommodated. In the case of unpreventable emergencies, we will work to credit you somehow.
