  • An account must be created via Spark SLO app to attend a session.

  • Pre-register for class using our website or mobile app.

  • Class slots generally open up 1-2 hours prior to the class time, check the timetable for up to date information.

  • Cancel any booking 3 hours prior to class start time to avoid being charged a $10 late cancel or $15 no-show fee. NOTE: 6am classes have a 10 hour late-cancellation window! Please plan accordingly to avoid a penalty charge.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early for class. Students are not admitted into class after the scheduled time. NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • If on the waitlist, ensure text message notifications are enabled to receive updates.

  • Please be on time for class! We do not allow entry after class has started.

  • Say hello to the front desk to check-in to class. Self check-in is also available on the Spark SLO app.

  • Bring a water bottle, mat, and towel (we do have those items available for purchase/rent).

  • Riders: Cleats are not required, however we do recommend them (we have cleats available for rent/purchase).

  • Wear comfortable clothing to sweat & move in.

  • Please avoid wearing any strong scents/perfumes out of respect for those with sensitive senses.

  • Silence your cell phone & alarms while in the cubbies. Please, no cell phones in class.

  • Should you choose to wear an Apple/smart watch, please turn it on airplane or theatre mode to avoid notifications during class. #itcanwait

  • While in the lobby, please be respectful of the other classes in session by keeping your voice volume down.

  • Each class requires different props, the front desk or instructor will let you know if any props are required.

  • Please be mindful of mat placement (align top left corner of your mat to the number marker on the floor) and please adhere to your assigned spot. Once class begins feel free to expand into unused spots.

  • Please stay the entire duration of class out of respect for fellow patrons & instructor.

  • Remember, it is YOUR practice. Respect your body and take rest as needed.

  • We ask that all practitioners please follow along with the flow provided by the instructor. This will allow the class to feel cohesive and eliminate distraction. That said, modifications and adjustments are encouraged to ensure your practice feels safe and supportive.

  • Should you late cancel 3 hours or less before your scheduled session or no show for class, there is a $10 charge issued to your card on file. Class packs result in a loss of credit.

  • For classes beginning at 6am, a 10 hour cancellation is required.

  • Out of respect for both other students and instructors, no students are permitted to enter class late after the scheduled time.  Please plan accordingly.

  • If you are sick, please use your best judgement regarding attending class. We ask for your consideration of the welfare and health of your fellow patrons. Basically, give yourself some time to rest and heal! We're not going anywhere.

  • Minimum age to practice is 14 years of age (with parent/guardian signature).

  • If you are pregnant, we ask that you bring us a note from your physician approving you taking class in a heated environment before practicing. 

  • Please do not bring your kids to the studio during your class. This is out of courtesy for both the staff & students.

  • We have the right to refuse service to anyone who detracts from the studio's safety, welfare, and wellbeing of the customers, staff, and studio itself.

How do I freeze or terminate my membership?

Members may temporarily suspend their membership in accordance with the following terms:

  • You may freeze your membership twice per year for a sum total of three months.

  • If you are medically unable to use the Studio, you can request a medical freeze for up to six months (nine months for pregnancy). You must provide a doctor's letter at the time you request a medical freeze.

At least 3 days notice is required for membership freezes.

A 30 day notice is required for termination requests.

Memberships can be terminated anytime after initial contract period.

How do I suspend or cancel my on-demand subscription?

If you signed up for sparkyoga.tv using the website, You may suspend or cancel your on-demand subscription by logging into your account. Clicking you name in the top right, selecting Manage Subscription, and then selecting either Pause or Cancel Subscription.
