Spark’s Yoga for Athletes is designed to help you unwind from competition and slow down to stretch and restore your muscles and mind. We’ll set aside the competitive mindset to sustain wellness. This class will include deep stretching, single-leg balance postures, and a gentle flow. Mindfully focusing on stability, mobility, and flexibility to help you reach your fullest potential on & off-season. All are welcome. No yoga experience is needed.
