Learn the tools to safely and effectively integrate yoga, strength training, and cardio to confidently lead a dynamic class experience that challenges the body and inspires the mind.

About Kristen
A Chicago native, Kristen relocated to San Luis Obispo in 2013 in pursuit of a more intentional lifestyle along the Central Coast. Though fitness had always been a passion, it was soon after her relocation that she discovered a profound love for guiding and sharing her passion for movement with others.
Kristen began her journey as a fitness instructor in 2018, leading indoor cycling classes. She quickly expanded her expertise by earning her Yoga Sculpt certification in 2019 and shortly thereafter her 200 Hour RYT certification. This progression deepened both her personal practice and her understanding of the body’s potential and the limitless mind-body benefits of movement.
In Kristen’s classes, you can expect high-energy sequences, music and words that motivate, and a direct approach that will leave you sweating, your muscles shaking, and your mind feeling lighter.

Must be available for all sessions.
Training Details
required during training:
taking three classes/week
1 hour of study/week
10 hours of class observations
12 hours of practice teaching
Reading materials and training manual is included in the program.
Total Cost: $2,100
Early Registration: $1,900
$500 non-refundable deposit required
Early bird registration closes November 1st.
Deposit is due no later than that date.
Standard registration & payment plans, deposit is due no later than JANUARY 1st.
