This transformative training is designed to build your confidence and empower you to lead with authenticity. You'll master foundational techniques while learning how to create dynamic, creative classes that reflect your passion and knowledge. Through supportive mentorship and hands-on teaching practice, you’ll gain the skills to inspire others and bring your passion for movement to life.

Must be available for all sessions.
Training Details
required during training:
taking three classes/week
1 hour of study/week
10 hours of class observations
12 hours of practice teaching
Reading materials and training manual is included in the program.
Total Cost: $2,300
Early Registration: $1,900
$500 non-refundable deposit required
Early bird registration closes August 1st.
Deposit is due no later than that date.
Standard registration & payment plans, deposit is due no later than September 1st.
