Yoga Flow with Brooke Ludington – Benefiting CASA of SLO County

Join us for a heartfelt yoga flow led by Brooke Ludington, where movement meets meaning. This donation-based class is part of our Spark for a Cause initiative—Spark’s commitment to giving back through selfless service and community care.

All proceeds from this class will go directly to CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of San Luis Obispo County, a nonprofit organization that empowers trained volunteers to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children in the court system. CASA’s mission is to ensure that every child has the opportunity to grow up in a safe, nurturing, and permanent home.
