Advance and empower your inversions and arm balances in this safe, playful, explorative series. Whether you have been playing around with practicing inversions and arm balances or have found yourself curious about what that would be like but feel intimidated, this series is for you!
What to expect:
30 minute Flow to warm up and strengthen parts of the body that are key to these challenging shapes (think core, shoulders, hands, arms, hips)
Within the next hour, a workshop environment with:
~Focused drills for flexibility and strengthening
~Break down and build up approachable first steps, foundational skills, and alignment
~How to use props (blocks, straps, wall)
